Bosco

Bosco is a bar and restaurant in Greenwich Village whose menu draws inspiration from Latin-American street food.  I was hired to help them market their newly-launched brunch menu with mouthwatering food photography.

I worked closely with Chef Dominick Lee, who cooked and styled the dishes to perfection!  We took images of each individual dish, as well as tablescapes with several dishes.

Chef Dominick expressed that he wanted the food to look delicious, yet approachable.  We achieved this look by using minimal propping. We focused primarily on capturing detail-oriented, up-close shots of the food.  I utilized a combination of natural and continuous artificial light to make the food shine on camera!
